Accessibility

At Bodrhyddan Hall we are aiming to create a more accessible space for visitors to feel welcome, despite the limitations that are associated with a Grade 1 listed building. We are delighted to offer complimentary access for carers for our open days.

The gardens, for the most part, are firm and flat but please be mindful of the weather during your visit. Internally, there are a number of strategically placed chairs to give tired legs a rest during the tour.

For any additional support required ahead of visiting Bodrhyddan Hall, please send an email using the contact form below or call us on 01745 590155.

Exploring The White Drawing Room

While the Ground Floor of the House is accessible, unfortunately, The White Drawing Room is not accessible to wheelchair users. We hope that you will enjoy the video that we have created for visitors to watch to ensure they are not missing out on any of Bodrhyddan Hall’s fascinating history.

We have endeavoured to make your arrival as easy as possible, please look out for the blue badge parking which is located before the gravel turning circle closest to the house. You will be signposted through the side entrance to avoid the loose gravel. It is around 100m from the parking to the front door. Please be aware that space is limited and offered on a first come, first serve basis.

Assistance dogs are welcome inside Bodrhyddan Hall as well as in the gardens.
