This one is particularly important if you are planning an outdoor wedding or reception in the height of summer. No one relishes standing around in the sun for hours on end and this is something that needs to be factored into your day. We certainly advise keeping the time between the wedding and ceremony to a minimum and perhaps planning your wedding to start at the cooler points of the day. You may even wish to opt for a late afternoon ceremony or evening reception, the choice is yours.
Set up Refreshment Stations
This is a brilliant idea at any time of the year but perhaps most specifically in summer. Having designated points where guests can grab a refreshing glass of bubbly or a fresh glass of lemonade will certainly be appreciated – especially on a warm, sunny day!
